How Can We Help You?
Jamahoette Garden Guides is an independent travel information service dedicated to helping visitors make the most of their trip to Jardin Majorelle and the gardens of Marrakech. We are not affiliated with Jardin Majorelle, the Fondation Jardin Majorelle, the Berber Museum or the Museum Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech, and we cannot make bookings or reservations on your behalf. However, we can answer general questions about planning your visit, recommend the best times to go, explain what to expect at each attraction, and help you put together an itinerary that makes the most of your time in Marrakech.
Our team responds to all enquiries within two working days. During peak travel planning season (typically January through March, and September through October) response times may extend to three to four working days. For urgent questions about an imminent visit, our email and telephone contacts below offer the quickest response.
We welcome enquiries from individual travellers, travel journalists, bloggers and photographers, educational institutions, and group travel organisers. If you are a travel agent or tour operator seeking detailed destination information or a formal collaboration, please indicate this in your message and we will route your enquiry to the appropriate member of our team.

Useful Resources Before You Write
Many common questions are already answered in detail elsewhere on this website. Before sending an enquiry, it may be faster to check the relevant page directly:
For questions about opening times, how to get to the garden by taxi, bus or on foot, what to wear and what to bring, visit our Plan Your Visit page, which covers all practical logistics in detail.
For questions about ticket prices, what is included in each ticket tier, whether online booking is available, and what concessions are offered, visit our Ticket Prices page.
For a complete set of practical visitor tips — covering the best time of day to visit, photography advice, accessibility, and common mistakes to avoid — plus answers to eight frequently asked questions, visit our Tips & FAQ page.
For questions about the history of the garden, the life of Jacques Majorelle or the story of the Yves Saint Laurent rescue and restoration, visit our About page and YSL Legacy page respectively. These pages provide detailed narrative accounts of the garden's history that should answer most historical questions.
